RATES & FEES
Equipment Rental Rates: Rates are calculated per day or per 8-hour shift. Our standard rates are $175/day for most equipment, with a weekly rate of $900 for excavators and $800 for trailers.
Security Deposit: A $500 security deposit is required for all rentals. This deposit is refundable within 14 days of equipment return, provided the equipment is in good condition and all charges are settled.
Fuel & Cleaning: Fuel is included in the rental rate for excavators. For trailers, fuel is not included and must be provided by the renter. Cleaning fees apply for equipment used on-site for extended periods.
Delivery & Late Charges: Delivery charges apply for equipment pickup or delivery to your site. Late return charges of $100 per hour are applied after 12:00 PM on the rental end date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the rental start date to avoid a $100 cancellation fee. We recommend booking early to secure availability in Thunder Bay.
